Diana has been reunited with Agent Baldwin after a series of inept partners. She's taken a huge step in her personal life by officially adopting 4400 Maia Rutledge as her daughter.

 

 

Nina Jarvis

The new head of NTAC's Pacific Northwest Division, replacing the promoted Dennis Ryland.

 

 

Marco Pacella

One of the brains in NTAC's theory room. Marco helps Tom and Diana make sense out of the countless ripple effects caused by the 4400.

 

 

Dennis Ryland

The original supervisor of NTAC's Pacific Northwest Division the federal agency created to investigate and oversee the 4400. Dennis is Tom and Diana's boss, and is also a lifelong friend of Tom's. Dennis was promoted to deputy director of NTAC and now resides in Washington, D.C. His part in the conspiracy to stop the 4400 from using their abilities nowexposed, Dennis has been arrested along with several other officials that took part in the plan.
